The new proud owner of an Emerson CQC 14 "snubby". Used but extremely well taken care of (guess who owned it? haha). Excited to take it out on the road tomorrow.
Also black blade coating is where it's at. :boxer:

Anyone looking to unload a used knife? I'm itching for a new one but trying to be economical lately (i.e. told by my girlfriend to start saving some cash for a new place).

Too cold for BBQ's when we were there buddy. The food there wasn't as bad as I thought it'd be either, but the wrap's that seemed to pop up twice a week were pretty gross... For those who want to save a few bucks when you're over there, best advice I can give is bring your own coffee mug, and fill ...

I recently got a new multi-tool. Leatherman Charge TTi. Pretty sweet piece of kit, especially since it was a gift.

They are looking to take around 10 people for May's OPC class if they can get that many spots. That may have changed since I was told that in November..just give the recruiting office a call and see what they say Pretty sure that's changed. But I have no concrete numbers. Just "less than that&...

At OPC they have offered the beep test before. This may be only for senior officers on course though. I have seen them run it for the PIN.

Got my uncle a nice Spyderco Manix2 from our friends at S&R knives. Good christmas gift I think. Everyone needs a good a knife, right? And every good knife post deserves a picture attached...
