Exciting Times

I know this isn't as exciting as being hired or going to OPC but I just got accepted to Criminal Justice at Nipissing University. I get a university degree in Criminal Justice and a college degree in Police Foundations. Also I got accepted to OTT program which means at the end if I keep my grades up...

TIPS for Prep.

Hello everyone! I was just wondering if anyone has some good workouts for the Prep test. I mean for the Pursuit one. I did a search but most of it was for the beep test. I am fine in my beep test (last time I ran to stage 11) I just would like some tips for the Pursuit part. Any help is appreciated....

Yup I have it too. Rarely bugs me. It's really noticable when I'm sailing on a sunny day or when I'm in a bright white room. Other than that I never notice. Oh Hi by the way...
