The player will only play the audio contents in the media file database. protection. Was really annoying. Though like all things I guess there probably was a way a...

The trunk seems to strengthen just as much as your legs do. Of course I still do bench presses/push ups, but the squats...

Re: Regional Police question.
Definitely talk to some recruiters. You might be surprised.
After talking to an RCMP recruiter I ended up starting an application even though I am pretty young (20). I'm still in University, but she said even if I just write the Exam for the experience it will be worth it.

Version 1C of the Border Services Test
Hey everyone I used to be on these boards quite a bit but due to school I kind of last track of the site. I guess I have a lot of back reading to do, haha. Anyways I applied for a student border guard position and I have a test coming up for it (a 4 hour long one!). Has anyone here had any experienc...

Re: University the best choice for wannabe police officer?
hey, I'm pretty much in the same boat as you, just a few years ahead. I decided to get my degree and found the perfect program for me. At Nipissing university they offer a Degree in Criminal Justice and you pick an area of focus (I picked policing, but you can also pick criminology, corrections or a...
