i used to work in a boatin store and spent the last 3 summers working as a sailing coach so yeah I love boating. If you need any advice on parts/stores just shout, I still remember my days in the Marine Store. I can probably help ya out.

i have a black lab-border collie cross we adopted from a neighbour and a kerry blue terrier we rescued from a puppy mill in Ohio. The poor Kerry Blue Terrier still hasn't adjusted to all of us yet. She spends most of her time in the bedrooms hiding out under the beds.

Same here. Doing deadlifts with no chalk or straps will definitely increase your grip strength.

i've been trying out GP3 Creatine. So far it's been working for me, and creatine has never really worked for me before. Probably all placebo effect but hey, it's worth it.
