14:10/16:8 Intermittent Fasting on a 4 on 4 off schedule

Hey All,
Anyone have thoughts/suggestions of a schedule for intermittent fast while doing the 4 on 4 off work sched? 2 days / 2 nights
My thoughts were I would do 14:10 on days off, but go for the 16:8 while working the above schedule.
Anyone do this? If so, what is your eating timeframes?
Thanks

Just getting sick of the regular pants that don't allow you to even squat without ripping the ass of...

Re: Police family life ( i swear not a repeat!)

I can speak personally as I remembered growing up with both parents working shifts (then getting divorced) Basically get a good babysitter/nanny and try to raise them ASAP so they can stay at home alone sooner . Sorry if that sounds harsh but it works, and its cheap. Is there some sort of scientifi...

Nike+ Fuelband

Just curious to see if anyone has experience with this device... it is a little pricey, but like the overall idea of it. If anyone has one, can ya tell me if the watch part of it is always visible? Or is it something that is only visible when the button is pressed? Any thoughts would be grateful. Th...
