Re: Loose skin around belly
I myself have lost a significant amount of weight, I went from 335 lbs to 210 lbs (I'll help with the math) 125 lbs lost. I lost my weight very quickly, loosing 100 lbs almost one year to the day. This was almost five years ago. My skin has gotten tighter around my mid section but unfortunately it ...

Also does one do IF on an ongoing basis? Or do you do them over a set cycle? Such as a 6 week cycle.

Re: Intermittent Fasting/Lean Gains
I'm interested in trying this. My worry is keeping to a schedule. Especially working shift work. Also when I'm on day shift I like to work out early in the morning before work. Which means I like to have a protein shake after said workout. But if I want to use my sleep time towards the fasting time...

Loose skin around belly
I lost alot of weight the last couple of years. Would still like to lose about 15-20 more. But the issue I'm dealing with now is the excess skin around my mid section. Anyone know the best way to tighten up that loose skin? I'm doing more ab work right now along with my weight/cardio routines. Just ...

Re: 12 killed 38 injured at Batman premier
The death penalty debate is like the abortion debate. Whatever side people fall on there is rarely any real meaningful discussion. Rarely does anyone change their minds on these subjects. I don't have a moral problem with the death penalty per say. Two issues concern me though. 1) Having someone sit...

Re: Done trying to explain to people
Guess we better not send any "guards" to Ottawa this year for the Peace Officer Memorial. Wouldn't want to confuse anyone.

Re: The Avengers
I'm a huge Batman fan and expect DKR to be amazing. That being said I don't think it will top Avengers for box office records. It has nothing to do with quality. The Avengers is a great summer popcorn fun movie. It is truly an all ages movie without sounding like it is just for the kids. DKR will be...

Re: Applying to Correctional Service Canada
Well... I'm glad that is over lol. I wanted to post something a little personal and get some feedback. Maybe this is better suited for a personal message to someone with a bit of experience but here goes anyways... I am a 30 year old woman who has wanted, for as long as I can remember, to be a Corr...

Re: Applying to Correctional Service Canada
Random, off topic question for any corrections officers on here. I am a corrections student and I just completed my first year. During second semester I got to go through medium and minimum security institutions many times, but never had the chance to see a maximum. Is it possible for me to get a p...

Re: GENERAL CBSA APPLICANT CHIT CHAT
They are primarily customer service questions. If you are customer service oriented you will do fine. I had no idea it would be so customer service oriented, it was like being interviewed for a job for working at a retail store or Walmart That was a big shock for me as well. And even bigger shock w...
