Re: GENERAL CBSA APPLICANT CHIT CHAT

I just finished my OTEE test, complete nightmare. My browser crashed 3 times during the test, it's a brand new gaming computer and has never had a problem like this before, it also passed the test page to make sure it was compatible, checked my connection, everything was connected properly. It just...

Re: Ask the CBSA!

Does anybody know if the application process is faster for the smaller communities or does it generally take the same amount of time as the normal posting? And can you have two applications going on for the Smaller communities and the normal posting?

Re: Ask the CBSA!

Good day folks. I did the interview for CBSA earlier this year and unfortunately I was unsuccessful. I recently reapplied after 6 months but I was wondering whether I had to wait 6 months or 2 years before being reconsidered again for a interview? I have also heard that I may have to wait for a new ...

Re: Re:

Maybe they should have everyone do the PARE in the first week of training, as the RCMP are doing now. I don't think they should change it. You've got plenty of time to complete it on your own and have multiple attempts at it if you do not succeed. I don't know how it works with the RCMP but I'm ass...

Re: GENERAL CBSA APPLICANT CHIT CHAT

I guess they want to see my two year college diploma in person instead of over email. I think your situation is different because you have a interview already scheduled. For the people that received this email they have to send copies of their post-secondary credentials before they can get a interv...

Re: GENERAL CBSA APPLICANT CHIT CHAT

On the 1st I was sent an email by CBSA asking me to provide my post-secondary degrees (scanned or pictures) to them through email. I wanted some clarification whether I should have sent them by selecting the reply back button or as I did sent it by creating a new email message with their specific su...

Re: GENERAL CBSA APPLICANT CHIT CHAT

Hello everyone, I received an email near the end of October stating I was selected for further assessment and they told me to get my original documents ready for the next step. I still haven't received any interview invite yet. Anyone know when they will be sending out interview invites and anyone ...

Re: GENERAL CBSA APPLICANT CHIT CHAT

Quick question, I just received an email to resubmit my application. Do I have to retrieve my application and resubmit it or is there another option to resubmit? Theres no option to resubmit. They just want you to login, retrieve your application (as if you were going to edit something) and then cl...

Re: GENERAL CBSA APPLICANT CHIT CHAT

There is an option to resubmit, you should see it when you click on the link in your email. The link that was provided in the email directs you to the My Jobs Menu. I hope I didn't lose my position when I retrieved and resubmitted. Oh... Yeah, it would be frustrating... Unfortunately I don't have a...
