ATS is still required unless you are a sworn peace officer from another agency that's deemed to be an equivalent. I know TTC ans TCHC in Toronto would give you the chance of proceed with their hiring process as long as you have your ATS or Active Peace Officer Status or whoever had status of Peace ...
