But by the same token it means the 4 am crowd is even wetter and

I'm talking about ribbons on the carrier.

As for name tags it's stupid but I noticed in Ontario that it's common to have hard plastic name tags on the carrier. I hadn't noticed undress ribbons.

I think tattoos on police officers are disgusting. You shouldnt be allowed to be seen walking around with visible ink.

I am graduating from Everest's Law Enforcement Program next month and let me tell you how useful the program and the students who attended are. Within 3 months of starting the course 3 students while doing surveillance training got arrested for driving drunk and hot-boxing their car. Within 5 month...
