Hey guys... a few quick comments. At Depot you will probably get your boots around week 6-9. Doubling is the most painful thing and noone wants to do it for longer than they have to. I find that Depot is much like university with a few exceptions. After 1630 and on weekends it's just like a universi...

Vince and Andy, Congrats! Looks like I will be your Big Brother. I am pretty sure we (Troop 2) will get Troop 13. Depot is what you make of it - just like everything else in life. Come here with a mission and a goal and have fun. Time will fly and you will learn a lot. See you soon. If Troop 2 is in...

A troop is theoretically 32 people. Some troops have less ppl in them. Ours (Troop 2) is huge and we have 31. One girl dropped out after the first PARE. Some troops have low 20s.

Your troop is your family for 24 weeks.

Hey guys! Hope things are great! Let me clarify. Staffing told us during our first week here at Depot that if you want BC you will almost certainlt get BC. Half the troop will go to BC. If you put down MB or SK you will also get your choice. Now the East Coast is the hard part. If you are bilingual,...

I will second that. I don't know about the rest of you but I did the surgery to get into policing. Yes, I am happy with it but I didn't hate my glasses either. Something tells me that the majority of you would do LASIK for the same reason. So, if my eyesight gets worse in time, hell, I will just go ...

Had the $3000 procedure at the Hamilton Laser Eye Insitute on May 18, 2006. My vision was bad before but I am 20/20 in both eyes now. No problem at all.

Having LASIK doesn't alter any function of your eye. You will still be subjected to all the age-related issues.

Your friend should have gone to the info session where everything is explained. I know a few people applying in different division and there are some differences.

The website also has links to each part of the process explaining it in detail. If your friend still has any questions, please post.

I think the idea of patrol is to see what's going on. Those windows are worse than the Charger.

I just wish they keep the current looks for the Crown Vic.

Actus, you are totally right. Allow me to clarify my point. I don't care whether the individual is here lawfully or unlawfully; when he commits crimes, he should be sent back. The question at hand is what these people do once they are here and not whether he crossed the border illegally. Of course, ...

This has nothing to do with how the individual got to this country. It has to do with him committing violent crimes.
