It's kind of eerie that Cst. Styles' son has the same name as the son of Sgt. Ryan Russell...

Re: Toronto Police Service

You dont necessary get any kind of heads up if you pass or not. If your not in backgrounds and someone calls you to get some info or to introduce themselves as your BGI, then your good. If you get a letter then things are not so good. Best of luck and as hard as it is be patient! Kage I've heard th...

Re: Toronto Police Service

I have a question. Currently, is TPS only considering GTA applicants for positions as Constable. Hamilton is not part of the GTA but close enough to commute. I know in 2005, only GTA applicants were being sought. Has this changed? When I went in to sign my offer with TPS, there were 10 other recrui...

Re: Toronto Police Service

Had my psychological interview with TPS yesterday and really unsure of how I did. I was pretty nervous and kept stuttering and stammering when giving my responses. The Dr. brought up some inconsistencies that came up in my MMPI, and when asked about them I kind of screwed up. I gave one response dif...

I've got my TPS home interview tomorrow and my psychological interview the following Wednesday. Cutting it kind of close for the April class, but hopefully I can still make it in time.

Re: ATS Prep re-cert

I have a question about the PREP also. If your PREP results expire and you don't renew it by the expiry date, does it render your OACP certificate of results invalid?

Re: Toronto Police Service

hmmm ... I wonder about it ... It is such a touchie situation ... You don't want to be over dressed but not under dressed either ... did your hubby wear his tie? or button open? I guess every recruiter is different in their expectations. But if your recruiter specifically said no suit, then I think...
