Calling cards will work, as long as you have a local access number (Normally 1-800 # to call 1st).

Is there a bar on camp? Are you allowed beer in your room? Or does everyone go to Montreal for the weekend? Last time I was there there was a bar in the college. There is a new policy that no alcohol is allowed in your room... so I don't know if the bar is still up and running, or if I'll be doing ...

I agree with Jace. I wanted to get into by-law, but saw they were hiring internally. I spent some time working straight nights washing and refueling buses (at the time Transit was run by the same city I wanted to work with), and eventually made it in. I had an uphill battle tho, as the union I worke...

From someone who has a side business preparing tax returns, here are a few of the deductions that seem pretty standard for officers: - Vehicle related (Maintainance, Insurance, Gas, etc) for the percentage used for paid-duties or going to court. TRAVELLING TO AND FROM WORK IS SOMETHING EVERYONE DOES...

I'm pretty sure this is nothing unusual. I was at the 1996 Olympics, and they had untrained security guards too. They also had the military, FBI, Olympic Police (Sworn LE officers from around the world) as well. These will be the guys who do normal security functions, like at concerts/sporting event...
