Some departments you can get very tired after putting in a long 12 hour shift and going from one disturbance call , to fight call , to large fight , gun fire to mentally disturbed person ,to MVC to other family domestic call so on. I think departments like 12 hr shifts because you can do with less ...

Im an avid rider. In the past year Ive become hooked to trail riding again. But after trying Downhill riding last week, no flat trail will ever compare to that rush! Now if I could only afford a downhill bike... *cough* Trek Session 88 or 9.9 *cough*.. And what a workout for the arms. I could hardly...

Warmed up, did 5 sets of push presses, then did the WOD.

400m run
30 push ups
20 sit ups

4 Round for time.

18:52... not too pleased with my time.

I'm still gassed from "Karen" last night :lol:

9 Thrusters (65 lbs)
AMRAP in 20 minutes.

6 rounds (almost 7.. damn thrusters)

I'm still fairly new to Crossfit but I'm hooked.

Hopedale is beyond sketchy, and the funny part is, it's only a few km north of Lakeshore! Toronto is strange like that as well. You've got a very ritzy, high end neighborhood like cabbagetown right next to moss park and regent park (which are known to have lower income housing and higher crime rate...
