Re: $950,000 Baby
We were planning a trip to Spain when my wife got pregnant with our 2nd kid. Even after she was preggers, we looked into it. The airline wouldn't let her fly after a certain point in the pregnancy. It had nothing to do with the insurance.

We are looking for a warm, fun all inclusive place to go in the next few weeks. Suggestions are greatly appreciated. It will be me, the wife and two teenagers.

If you have problems like that in your knees before even applying, i do not think you would be successful.
I would probably reccommend a different career. This job is not nice on the body. Less than 10 years in, I've already had spinal surgery once.

Re: $950,000 Baby
Yeah......true enough. My GF was in emergency triage for 24hrs before she was admitted to the hospital for a 2-week stay this year. I'm torn about the paying thing. Personally living in a smaller town I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes to see a doctor at the clinic before. I've had an ultr...

Our system is good in that everything is covered. But make no mistake about it-our system is the SHITS if you need anything more than a bandaid or some aspirin. I promise you. I went through hell this past year with our current system.

Re: Interesting Article On Badges
Does CBSA still wear chest badges? Years ago (maybe 2006) when I remember seeing offices with them, but I haven't noticed them when I go through the border. That Durham one looks good but at first glance I'd think its fake, since it looks so much different than any other Canadian one I've seen. THa...

Most comfortable boots out there. I've used them for years now, and doubt I'll ever change. I wear them into the ground, which is no easy task.

Re: Man ticketed after pulling over Montréal police
No, I think Tango is right on this one. That section lists (as I read it) 3 exceptions that the rule doesn't apply to: 1) vehicles of a sheriff's department 2) vehicles of a police department 3) any vehicles used by local peace officers under public authority for special undercover or confidential i...
