Re: Applying to Correctional Service Canada

Just to clarify for you and I can only speak for me on the fourm, I have been posted 8 times from coast to coast ( which is fine that's what I signed onto)so don't confuse complaining with the fact that I myself would rather do training down the street then 4 provinces away! Just because I would rat...

They have applied to a NATIONAL law enforcement agency and that means they may be sent anywhere in Canada. Maybe it isn't clear enough on the sho...

Re: Applying to Correctional Service Canada

Is it normal to take 2 months to get psychological results? I'm still waiting for my results so I emailed recruitment and they said once results are in I will receive by mail or email. Just seems to be taking a while has anyone else experienced this? Took about 1.5 months for mine, but I never rece...

Re: Applying to Correctional Service Canada

After completing Stage 1, I received an email acknowledging my completion and stating that upon completion of the psychological evaluations (which took place after Stage 1) I would be placed in the pool of qualified candidates. At the beginning of February, I emailed Recruitment asking if they recei...

Re: Applying to Correctional Service Canada

Two quick questions for those willing to add their .02c. For all of you guys/gals heading to Depot, how long was it between finishing Stage 1 and receiving your binder for Stage 2? Secondly, was everyone emailed or mailed their CLO/ notification of moving on to Stage 2/3? Thanks all! My wait was ab...
