Re: Chris KYLE's widow order to pay Jesse VENTURA
Ahahaha you used to (allegedly) be in the military, and you think me calling you dickhead is being a bully? Wow. You must have been REAL popular with your co-workers. Nothing alleged about my time in. There are several people here, who know my name, or know me in real life. And it's not just one wo...

Re: Chris KYLE's widow order to pay Jesse VENTURA
Watch out, guys. 48highlander doesn't like people being mean to him and if you are, he might threaten to contact your employer and file a complaint. Like he did to me. So much for me trying to keep this professional using the PM method and out of the public forums. It's simple, you are a bully, and...

Re: Chris KYLE's widow order to pay Jesse VENTURA
He didn't and wasn't suing Kyle's widow, he was suing Kyle's estate, she just happened to be the executor. But why let facts get in the way of a good rant, right? Seriously. You're going to defend him? What is wrong with you? Don't know how you figure that, as I didn't express an opinion one way or...

If I'm not mistaken, the name meathead also refers to his previous occupation.
Correct, it's a pejorative term in the military used to refer to the Military Police.

Re: CATSA needs more training? NO WAY!
Maybe someone should write an "anonymous" letter to say Christie Blatchford about all this stupidity. She tends to take an interest in this sort of thing, perhaps with some negative press the Feds might actually have the impetus to change a few things.

Re: Armed nuclear security officer - OPG
Well from what my friend told me, when he left that position to be a PC, they were looking to fill a couple of spots. Doesn't negate the possibility of filling with internals, and creating a pool of externals as a backup. It wouldn't be the first time OPG posted externally and ended up only using i...

Re: Armed nuclear security officer - OPG
Usually if you go the internal route You would post internally until the positions are filled. If not all positions are filled then you would post for external Applicants. I'm with lights on this one. We just have to hurry up and wait. Cheers Unless they were just creating an applicant pool for a f...

You're as cool as cancer.
I was at army functions, the night prior to previous times. Heaven forbid I tried to enjoy myself at them.

Re: Crossfit Workouts
2 weeks and I will be doing the PREP, I wonder if I should start doing some running. I would run a couple times to get the grease on the wheels. I was only being slight sarcastic 18 months of living at high altitude + lifting, if I can't pass, there is a problem. I have gone on the treadmill to do ...
