And just to add make sure you have 3 examples for scenarios as if they don't accept one you can easily refocus and attempt the next one.

Definitely some tight lipped people I only know of 1 offer so far, no idea how many they plan on sending this intake. I wish the best to everyone waiting... This must be so painful for some of you. I know that it was for me. It's all worth it in the end my friends.

I believe rhe Fiscal yr is April to April so a budget approved will be for that time frame I'm guessing. Anyone complete their bg yet? Hoping for you all.

Calls shouldn't be this early it would be uncharacteristic of Hamilton. Opc class is jan so you may not hear anything until mid Dec... Hang in there.

Alot go to the jails or sherriffs office, some go west and some suck it up and do the Ontario testing and apply out here. I liked the food at the OPC. Sometimes it wasnt the greatest but it's what ever you make out of it. If you can't anymore of it there are awesome restaurants close by. Roadhouse in St Thomas is awesome cheap food!

The process is different for everyone. I actually had a very quick process with Hamilton where everything lined up easily. Others were a year or more waiting. Unfortunately Alot of time is spent micromanaging the Hiring Pool as your time grows longer in the pool there is a chance that you may not be successful.
