I just got my offer today for TSDC with the Jan 16 class! Congrats!! What competition were you in? I had an interview this week and it seemed to have gone well (references contacted). I wear 2 different types. 1) Haix Airpower R2 and 2) Danner Striker2 EMS. Both are comfortable and waterproof.

Absolutely. I would have acted the same way if I was that officer. Split decision call which to me was the right choice but the general public can and never will see it that way. I don't know man... if I was a cop and in similar situation, I wouldn't shoot the kid. I guess it is the way I am wired....

Strange...they never mentioned programs and hugs during our course...perhaps I missed-out on that lesson during my two weeks at the gun range? Thanks for the article, had some excellent points and really re-enforced what we've been taught over the past two months - any other suggestions or readings...

The history of Kingston Pen

It might be a good story to do an article on KP. Now that Canada's oldest prison is closing. The article could hit on the main points like riots, escapes and some of the more interesting guests over the years.

Got mine through R.Nicholls, It's the whole bulb assembly. I'm sure anyone that carries Surefire lights will have them or can order it.
