Re: CBSA Boots?

Remember that before they went to the 2 year policy, the annual amount was only $125.
$225/year is pretty good I figure.

Re: CBSA Boots?

Any thoughts on these Rocky Boots? m I have a pair of Rocky's, not the ones you are looking at. It took me months to break them in before they were finally comfortable to wear. I'll give them credit though , after almost two years they have stayed together without showing any serious wear and tear ...

What's the big difference between the polymer and the steel as far as functionality is concerned? I was looking at the polymer.

I.W.I. Jericho?

Hey all, I'm looking at getting a new pistol and during my "shopping", I came across one that I hadn't heard of. Israel Weapon Industries - Jericho 941 Anyone have any experience with these? Good? Bad? I did a search and a quick look through the first couple of pages here and saw nothing w...

Re: XBMC

I recently purchased a "G-Box". Android based device. Runs XBMC and other apps. Essentially turns your TV into a giant tablet. I'm very pleased with it so far. I've been waiting to hear from anyone with first-hand experience with the GBox. I would have cut the cable a year or two ago, as ...

Re: Xbox One

I was looking on walmart.com last night for something unrelated and noticed that the XBox One has taken it's first price drop... Down to $449 now. I'm sure the price will follow suit in Canuck land soon enough. PS4 just did a price increase ... why they did that, I don't understant, but I'm guessing...

You may want to alter that to Pipe playing...

Everytime they go out for a puff, go out and rhyme off a few tunes on the pipes...

I'd like it... but most wouldn't.

Re: CBSA Boots?

Did you get the gortex ones or the regular GX-8s? I believe mine are the gortex as they were the only model available with no side-zip. So far I really like them. Comfortable right out of the box. I am hoping they hold up for the two-years. They aren't showing any undue signs of wear yet. I polish ...

Re: CBSA Boots?

I am so happy that the contract with our construction-boot store didn't get renewed! I purchased a pair of Bates GX-8's and was reimbursed by the agency. One of, if not the most, comfortable boot I have worn yet. I swore by my 5.11s before this but now I am going to try a pair of desert GX-8s for h...
