Re: [Ontario] Private property & Road Signs Enforceable?
Yep. Keeping in mind that a Police Officer is the only LEO that can actually lay the TPA charge. Security Guards and MLEO do not have Provincial Offenses authorities to lay charges. Special Constables are likely sworn to lay Provincial Offenses Act charges. Incorrect. However they likely wouldn't k...

Re: A.T.R.'s Duty Knives Thread
A few weeks ago I got the Emerson Sheepdog all black 1/2 serrated. Amazing knife, just the locking mechanism is a touch sticky. There isn't many made, I have no idea how I managed to get my hands on one.

Re: What type of I.D. is appropriate?
Searches are most often very time sensitive, so the importance of being able to gain access quickly, especially for Hasty Teams, is critical, but what we have now doesn't cut it. Searches involving agencies other than Police SAR teams are typically not time sensitive at all.... Not in the sense tha...

Re: York Regional Police Interview
If you live in the GTA I would strongly suggest you consider dropping it off in person, unless it strictly states to submit via email ect. This gives recruiters an opportunity to see how you present. Awesome thanks for the tip. I live in the KW area but I will put the extra effort to go and drop it...

Re: 2013 Ford Interceptor & Utility
I hope we get red and blues soon. I'm lately getting lots of people pulling over in really stupid places (ie centre median) and they always say its because they thought I was fire or ambulance and were trying to get out of the way. I get a lot of "I thought you were an ambulance" when the...

Watch out, guys. 48highlander doesn't like people being mean to him and if you are, he might threaten to contact your employer and file a complaint. Like he did to me. So much for me trying to keep this professional using the PM method and out of the public forums. It's simple, you are a bully, and...

I stayed a little less super awesome. I did however mention the fact that I was awarded the Medal of Honour twice, once posthumously, but then I came back from the dead and it was awarded.

They are hiring. Anyone want to apply with me? I got rejected by FEDSEC, but I'm sure these guys will give me a chance.. Side note, do you think they would let me wear my superman cape? Better than me. I didn't even get a callback from FEDSEC. That's because they can't hire people more awesome than...

Re: 2013 Ford Interceptor & Utility
If I recall correctly, the last time I drove a ford utility it showed somewhere in the range of 32L per 100km.. That can't possibly be right I'm pretty positive, however I avoid the explorers for the time being. I recall having 1/2 a tank and it showed I would only be able to travel something like ...
