Re: Resume for Officers with experience/specialization

If you don't have access it seems rather suspect to me.

Re: Municipal Law Enforcement/Property Standards - Hiring Is

Dude. You are on a forum where the members kick in doors for search warrants, arrest sex offenders, Investigate homicides and traffic fatalities. Some of us have dealt with hardcore gang members, high amounts of drugs, and shootings. Not piddly property bylaw issues. Give it a rest. Its a paper job...

But surely the guy wobbling down the road on his bike drunk out of his skull can be charged with something other than public intoxication (or whatever the actual offence is called)?

What Gard said.

Arrested, yes. Charged, no.

You mean by reading the file? Just to see how this ended, purely out of interest.
Time delay did it.
Not a biggy, it's just a story to tell.

Re: What other career options do I have with a PF diploma.

Your probably right Jim, just give up now. See what I did there? Clever isn't it... Arctic sounds to me like he's a long time hardened cop, which I have no problem with. I am sure he's put in his fair share of hard work, but comment's like entirely writing off the criminological school and social t...

Re: What other career options do I have with a PF diploma.

Because any of you critical morons seem to be doing any better getting hired? Give me a break... I'll bet my bottom dollar that 90% of you are in the same boat as I am or once were, trolling an online forum board will not change that fact either. The difference is when the time comes, having the ex...

Re: What other career options do I have with a PF diploma.

Some fairly ignorant and bull headed comments there, honestly half of what you said is blatantly offensive to those who have put in thousand's of hours of research. I'm some punk, yet you come out swinging like an arrogant jackass. Typical out of some cop's, you guy's know it all right? Continue on...

Re: What other career options do I have with a PF diploma.

I actually have no problem with the education part. I don't think that high school education should be minimal. I do have issues if you still have the education and can't even write properly. I also take issue with arguing that things like CPTED would be useful. Take the education, get some experien...

Yes, by pointing out your glaring deficiencies it's a "useless bullshit argument"
