Hi. I got a newbie question regarding cardio and weight training. I'm planning to get back into shape and since OPC I'm gone from 165lbs to 186lbs now . My shift is 12hrs long. I don't have much time to hit the gym when I'm working. In order to save time, I'm doing cardio and weight in the same day....

I think it's time to call in the "Myth Buster" to test out this Glock go Kaboom myth. I keep getting email from different source saying that could happen to a Glock. But I think given Dave experience I high doubt that could happen to a Glock if they shooter is using factory rd. :roll:

Let's face it, cops are pretty lazy when it comes to cleaning their equipment. I think Glock will do fine even if it's not well maintain.
