I've done Jiu-Jitsu for about 15 years. Japanse Jiu-Jitsu, not Brazilian... I prefer to avoid having to roll around on the ground. I definitely think it helps, most types of martial arts do if only for the fact that they keep you disciplined and fit. And just like you said...anything to keep you goi...

If you don't want to drop the money for underarmour and have a Costco membership, get the Paradox Merino wool under shirts. They're super warm and fantastic under the uniform, great for skiing too!

Haha, I wouldn't go that far. Anaerobic is definitely more effective, but you can't discount that cardio in any form is going to have a positive impact.

Mukherjee envisions organizational shifts that could involve hiring youth workers, domestic violence workers and social workers. Although, to be completely honest, some Student Officers are lightyears better than some of the lazy full timers we have. That's pretty much true of all jobs I think. Plenty of people at the bottom who are more qualified than people above them, but can't move up due to seniority, etc. Probably most...
