I am sure if the employer put as much effort in making the work environment safe and treating people fairly as the effort they put into these sick plans, it would result in lower sick time. Back pocket works fine, never was a fan of having them in a sealed pocket, harder to get at them quick. Back pocket you can reach back without having to fumble in a sealed pocket.

You only need high school for Ontario Corrections. However they have revamped their hiring criteria and I am not sure if it now requires an actual physical. Previously, you could get into corrections with a criminal record. So what does that tell you? Two feet and a heart beat will get you in. OPP ...

I was OTU for a bit and had no complaints. If you are not use to dealing with inmates it takes a bit to understand the culture ect...
